We work closely on recipe development with the Michelin star restaurant, Aquavit, and have a team of in-house chefs who graduated from the Institute of Culinary Education and worked at restaurants including Momofuku and Eleven Madison Park, to name a few! Each week we create recipes that feature seasonal ingredients to create a sophisticated mix of both exotic and comforting dishes. |
